Global Internal Audit Standards project update June 2024

Existing Technical Guidance the plan is being finalised this week and you will begin to see updates through July.
New Technical Guidance focusing on the Global Internal Audit Standards 2024 is continuing and the Audit Committee Guidance and Tool Kit is now available to members as well as a second version of our Self-Assessment Tool which incorporates Global IIA’s Conformance Readiness Assessment Tool. Three are in development: IA Strategy, Training, and CAE support for Senior Management and should be on our website in July/early August.
Events continue to be arranged on the new Global Standards and we are also exploring pre-recorded presentations on the new Global Standards – more on this next month!
Global IIA has also been busy with the following now published and more is on the way, including the Quality Assessment Manual.
