Chartered IIA staff are currently working in a hybrid way with only a small number of staff located in the office at any one time. The office is therefore currently closed to visitors.
We remain able to receive telephone calls, however we ask that by preference you contact us by email on one of the email addresses below. We always aim to reply within three working days.
If you need to speak to someone and don’t have a direct dial number please call our switchboard 020 7498 0101. The line is staffed from 09:00 to 17:00. At busy times we may not be able to pick up immediately but please leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you just as soon as we can.
