We are a team of 50 members of staff, supported by many more volunteers who champion the work we do at a regional level. We care about our people, ensuring we offer fair terms and conditions. We work collaboratively to create a positive and supportive environment for ourselves and our members by building trust and loyalty.

Our office is in Clapham Common, London, however we offer all staff the opportunity to work flexibly. We offer several benefits including 25 days holiday (on top of bank holidays), as well as a discretionary office closure at Christmas and training and development opportunities to support career development.
