IIA Southern and South East District
Mission Statement
The Southern and South Eastern District Committee will provide a local focus for all IIA members in our Region by:
- Supporting and encouraging active member participation in the IIA and local activities and initiatives;
- Organising a programme of relevant events which contributes to the sharing of best practice and CPD needs of our members;
- Helping and supporting our local students whilst they are learning;
- Encouraging communication, networking and mutual support amongst our members; and
- Engaging District members in the progression and development of IIA aims as advised by Council.

Welcome to the web page of the Southern and South East District. This page provides some brief information about the District and the Committee, and if you would like any more information, please contact either myself or another member of the committee and we will do our best to help you. A link to our contact details is shown on this page.
The previous interim committee was formally elected at the AGM on the 1st May. The Committee is now planning further events for after the Summer, and will do our best to meet your needs, both in terms of location and topics. If you have any ideas for topics, or suggestions for locations for events, please let us know.
As we are starting out as a new committee, we do have vacancies on the Committee for anyone that would like to participate, and are always happy to welcome anyone that would like to help out in a less formal way. Please contact any of the committee to discuss joining us, or just helping out or providing suggestions.
